An earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale struck parts of Karachi late Monday night, causing tremors across several areas of the city. However, no casualties or damage have been reported so far.

Residents felt the tremors in Clifton, Saddar, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Gulistan-e-Johar, and surrounding neighborhoods, prompting many to step outside their homes in fear.
Earlier the same day, a separate earthquake measuring 3.2 struck Sibi city and adjoining areas of Balochistan. No damage or injuries were reported in that incident either.
Authorities said they are monitoring the situation and urged citizens to remain calm while following safety guidelines in the event of aftershocks.
