Security forces conduct intelligence-based operations in Balochistan under Operation Al-Azm.
Operation Azm: Pakistan’s security forces have intensified intelligence-based operations under Operation Al-Azm across Balochistan, killing 16 militants in a series of operations, according to security sources.
The operations targeted multiple locations, including Killi Kand Umrani, Khad Kocha and Mastung. Security sources said the militants belonged to what officials describe as Fitna al-Hindustan.
Militants suffer heavy losses
According to security sources, the operations inflicted heavy losses on militant groups operating in the province.
Moreover, security forces destroyed several militant hideouts and safe havens during the raids. They also recovered weapons, explosives and other equipment allegedly used by the militants.
Death toll rises
Security sources said the total number of militants killed during the ongoing Operation Al-Azm in Balochistan has reached 16.
Meanwhile, intelligence-based operations continue in different parts of the province to dismantle militant networks.
Operations to continue
Security officials said counterterrorism operations will continue until militant groups are eliminated from Balochistan.
Furthermore, they reaffirmed their commitment to restoring lasting peace and stability across the province through sustained intelligence-led actions.
