At the Zootopia 2 premiere in Hollywood, Shakira and her sons captured the spotlight on the red carpet. The trio’s coordinated appearance and warm rapport drew admiration from fans and photographers, highlighting their strong family bond.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Shakira revealed that both boys not only had minor roles in the film but also recorded their parts alongside her. Shakira, who reprises her role as Gazelle, said her sons voiced the younger brothers of Judy Hopps.
“They were completely at ease and very spontaneous,” she said. “It was so easy to record their lines. They weren’t shy at all.”
Shakira added that the family worked together in the recording booth, describing it as a joyful experience.
When asked if they wanted to continue voice acting, both boys expressed enthusiasm. “Yeah, tons!” Sasha replied, while Milan added, “Of course. It was such a great experience, and I’m super excited to do more.”
On the red carpet, the mother and sons made a striking appearance in matching purple outfits. Shakira wore a long-sleeved turtleneck gown, while Milan and Sasha donned purple suits with bow ties, complementing her look.
