The spokesperson said that technical staff and field teams are working round the clock in close coordination to maintain uninterrupted progress, with construction activities continuing overnight.
On special instructions from KW&SC Chief Executive Officer Ahmed Ali Siddiqui, work on the project is being carried out on a 24-hour, non-stop basis to avoid delays and ensure completion within the stipulated timeline.
KW&SC officials said all available resources have been mobilised and clear directions issued to the relevant departments. Once completed, the project is expected to significantly strengthen Karachi’s water transmission infrastructure and help provide a more consistent and stable water supply to residents.
