According to officials, the meeting focused on VVIP security protocols, protection of sensitive sites, operational preparedness, and the effectiveness of existing measures.
The IGP carried out a comprehensive assessment of current arrangements and issued directives to further strengthen and streamline security operations. He stressed the need for foolproof protection of important personalities and critical locations across Islamabad.
Rizvi also instructed officers to enhance coordination among units, remain fully prepared, and adopt proactive strategies to counter emerging security challenges.
He reiterated that maintaining high standards of security and operational readiness remains a top priority for Islamabad Capital Territory Police.
