Gold prices across Pakistan’s bullion markets declined significantly following a sharp increase a day earlier, reflecting ongoing volatility in both local and international markets.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold per tola dropped by Rs7,100 to Rs486,962. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold fell by Rs6,087 to Rs417,491.
In the international market, gold prices also recorded a notable decrease, declining by $71 to settle at $4,642 per ounce.
The downturn comes just a day after gold prices surged by Rs15,300 per tola, underscoring fluctuating market conditions influenced by global economic uncertainty and shifting investor sentiment.
