Rawalpindi, 15 January 2025: On the night of 14/15 January 2025, Pakistan’s Security Forces conducted a successful intelligence-based operation in the Spinwam area of North Waziristan District, targeting reported militant activity.
Security Forces Neutralize Four Militants in North Waziristan Operation
The operation resulted in an intense exchange of fire, during which four militants, referred to as “khwarij,” were neutralized. The security forces effectively engaged the militants’ location, dismantling their ability to carry out further attacks.
Weapons and ammunition were recovered from the site. The eliminated militants were reportedly involved in multiple terrorist activities, including targeted attacks on security personnel and the killing of innocent civilians.
A sanitization operation is currently underway in the area to ensure the complete elimination of any remaining threats. The security forces remain resolute in their commitment to eradicating terrorism and ensuring peace and stability across the country.
