Iran Warning grew stronger on Saturday as Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said Tehran would respond to any further US “aggression”.

Araghchi shared the warning during separate phone calls with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Pakistani Field Marshal Asim Munir and Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan.

According to Iran’s Foreign Ministry, Araghchi said Tehran would take action against any “adventurous move” by Washington.

He told regional officials that Iran would deliver a strong and proportional response to any attack.

During his call with Hakan Fidan, Araghchi discussed the latest developments in the ongoing negotiations. The two officials also reviewed the regional situation.

In a separate conversation with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan, Araghchi warned that Iran would respond to any aggression from the US, Israel or other countries.

Earlier, Araghchi said Iran followed an “eye for an eye” policy against attacks on its infrastructure. He described the approach as part of Tehran’s defence strategy.

Meanwhile, former US National Security Council official Michael Doran said President Donald Trump was nearing a decision on possible military action against Iran.

Doran, citing an Israeli official, said US forces had reached a high level of readiness. However, he added that Washington had not made a final decision.

The latest remarks come as tensions between Iran and the United States continue to increase. Both countries have exchanged warnings over possible military developments.
