Security forces have killed two suspected militants during an intelligence-based operation in Washuk, Balochistan, according to security sources. The operation took place in the Palantak area of Washuk as part of ongoing efforts against militants whom authorities describe as linked to “Fitna al-Hindustan”. Security sources said the two men were allegedly involved in attacks on Mashkel Police Station and a customs facility. A significant quantity of weapons and ammunition was recovered from the site, security officials said. Security forces have vowed to continue operations across Balochistan until the militant threat is eliminated, the sources said.
