Gold prices rebounded on Wednesday in both international and Pakistan’s domestic bullion markets, ending a two-day losing streak. The recovery followed a rise in global gold rates, which lifted local prices as well.

In the international bullion market, gold gained $9 per ounce, taking the price to $4,026 per ounce.

Reflecting the global trend, domestic gold prices also increased. The price of 24-karat gold per tola climbed Rs900 to Rs425,036, while the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold rose Rs771 to Rs364,399.

Meanwhile, silver prices remained unchanged in the local market. The price of silver per tola stayed at Rs6,289, while 10 grams of silver continued to trade at Rs5,391.
