Iran has commended Pakistan for its diplomatic efforts aimed at de-escalating tensions and promoting peace in the region.

Iranian Ambassador Reza Ameri Moghadam said that Tehran appreciates Pakistan’s role in discouraging what he described as aggression by the United States and Israel.
He noted that Pakistan’s proactive diplomacy has played a constructive role in fostering stability and reducing tensions, adding that such efforts are vital in the current regional environment.
The envoy further stated that Iran welcomes Pakistan’s sincere initiatives aimed at restoring peace and ensuring sustainable stability. He emphasized that attempts to revive diplomatic engagement and rebuild global trust are highly commendable.
Ambassador Moghadam also highlighted the importance of ending what he termed unjust and illegal aggression, stressing that renewed dialogue remains essential for long-term peace in the region.
