RAWALPINDI: The Pakistan–Indonesia Joint Military Exercise Shaheen Strike-II, conducted from 8–19 November 2025, has concluded after both sides successfully achieved all training objectives in the Counter Terrorism (CT) domain.

Combat teams from the Pakistan Army and the Indonesian Army took part in the exercise, which focused on enhancing interoperability and honing skills required for complex CT operations. The closing ceremony, held on 18 November, was attended by a senior Pakistani General Officer as the Chief Guest, while high-ranking Indonesian military officials were also present.
Throughout nearly two weeks of rigorous training, troops from both nations displayed exceptional professionalism and operational proficiency. The exercise centered on improving drills and procedures related to operations in built-up areas, as well as strengthening counter–improvised explosive device (CIED) measures.
Shaheen Strike-II further cemented the longstanding defence and military cooperation between Pakistan and Indonesia, reinforcing their commitment to joint regional security efforts.
