In a statement, the minister described Marka-e-Haq as not only a historic milestone but a defining moment that has permanently altered the strategic landscape. He warned that any future aggression would be met with a stronger and more decisive response.
Asif highlighted that the operational readiness of Pakistan’s land, naval and air forces is faster and more coordinated than adversaries anticipate. He stressed that the armed forces are fully prepared to respond to any threat.
The defence minister further said that the entire nation stands shoulder to shoulder with its military, forming what he described as an “unbreakable wall” in the face of external challenges.
Emphasising the role of youth, Asif noted that the awareness and confidence of Pakistan’s younger generation remain a key pillar of national strength, adding that they are well-equipped to safeguard the country’s sovereignty.
The statement comes as nationwide events mark the anniversary of the Marka-e-Haq victory, celebrating unity and resilience across the country.
