Rawalpindi: The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Tuesday announced that the Pakistan Navy has successfully conducted a live weapon firing of the Taimoor Air-Launched Cruise Missile, an indigenously developed anti-ship system.

According to the statement, the missile demonstrated high precision in executing its mission, validating the Navy’s capability to detect, track, and neutralise enemy sea-based targets at extended ranges.
The successful test marks a significant enhancement in Pakistan’s defence capabilities, strengthening the armed forces’ coordinated strike posture in the conventional domain.
The Pakistan Navy reiterated its commitment to safeguarding the country’s maritime interests and territorial waters.
Meanwhile, the President of Pakistan, Prime Minister of Pakistan, and senior military leadership, including the services chiefs, congratulated the scientists and engineers involved in the development and successful testing of the missile system.
