Preparations for the third World Culture Festival Karachi 2026 have entered their final stage, as international artists and delegates begin arriving in the city ahead of the event. Organised by the Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi, the festival will run for 25 days, from October 29 to November 22. It will bring together more than 1,000 international artists from 150 countries, alongside over 500 Pakistani artists. Billboards promoting the festival have been installed along major roads across Karachi as the city prepares to welcome performers, artists and cultural representatives from around the world. The festival will feature a diverse programme of music, theatre, dance, film, fine arts and other artistic disciplines. Performances and exhibitions will offer audiences an opportunity to experience different cultures, traditions and creative expressions from across the globe. The event aims to provide a shared platform for cultural exchange, strengthen connections between nations through art and creativity, and promote dialogue among artists from different backgrounds. The World Culture Festival is also expected to highlight Pakistan’s cultural diversity and present a positive image of the country to international audiences. With preparations nearing completion and international delegations beginning to arrive, Karachi is set to host artists and performers from across the world for one of its major cultural events.
