After weeks of anticipation, Bollywood stars Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal have officially revealed the name of their baby boy, bringing joy to fans and celebrities across social media.

In a joint Instagram collaboration post, the couple shared the first glimpse of their newborn son and announced his name as Vihaan Kaushal. The heartfelt caption read: “Our Ray of Light ❤️ Vihaan Kaushal. विहान कौशल. Prayers are answered. Life is beautiful. Our world is changed in an instant. Gratitude beyond words.”
The announcement quickly went viral, with fans showering the couple with congratulatory messages and warm wishes.
Meaning behind the name
The name Vihaan has Sanskrit origins and means “dawn” or “morning.” It symbolises new beginnings, hope, positivity, and the start of a fresh chapter. Fans noted that the meaning perfectly reflects the joy and transformation the baby has brought into Katrina and Vicky’s lives.
Katrina and Vicky had confirmed their pregnancy in September 2025 through a heartwarming post that garnered widespread attention. In November, they announced the birth of their son on November 7, 2025, but chose to keep his name private until now.
