Within minutes, the KSE-100 Index plunged by more than 1,800 points to 169,885, reflecting continued bearish sentiment among investors. Selling pressure continues The latest decline followed another sharp sell-off on Thursday. At the close of the previous session, the KSE-100 Index had dropped 2,690 points to settle at 171,739. As a result, the benchmark index has lost more than 4,400 points over two consecutive trading sessions, highlighting sustained pressure in the equity market. Investors remain cautious Meanwhile, investors continued to adopt a cautious approach as selling activity dominated the market. The sharp decline erased the key 170,000-point support level during early trading.
