Pilgrims complete online registration as applications for Hajj 2027 continue across Pakistan.
Pakistan’s Ministry of Religious Affairs said the Hajj 2027 registration campaign received a strong response, with more than 51,000 people completing registration within the first two days.

According to the ministry, around 46,000 applicants registered through the online portal. Meanwhile, another 5,000 people completed the process from home using the Pak Hajj mobile application.
Among the total registrations, 41,000 applicants selected the government Hajj scheme. In contrast, 10,000 people opted for the private scheme.
Provincial data showed that Punjab recorded the highest number of registrations with 24,000 applicants. Sindh followed with 16,000 registrations, while Khyber Pakhtunkhwa recorded 7,000. In addition, 3,000 applicants registered from Islamabad.
Meanwhile, 800 people completed registration from Balochistan. Furthermore, 260 applicants registered from Azad Jammu and Kashmir, while Gilgit-Baltistan recorded 77 registrations.
The ministry also shared demographic details. Of the total applicants, 30,000 were men and 21,000 were women. Moreover, the highest participation came from people aged between 30 and 48 years.
At the same time, officials said the Hajj operation is being transformed into a fully paperless and end-to-end digital system. The ministry is carrying out the initiative with support from the National Information Technology Board to provide easier, more transparent and modern services for pilgrims.
The spokesperson added that mandatory registration for Hajj 2027 will continue without interruption. Details regarding expenses, packages and operational arrangements will be announced in the next phase.
Therefore, the ministry advised intending pilgrims to complete registration within the announced timeframe to avoid delays or inconvenience in later stages.
