North Waziristan Operation intensified as security forces killed several terrorists during an intelligence-based operation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s North Waziristan district. Sindh Politics Saeed Ghani Defends Province’s Performance, Rejects New Province Demands Security forces launched the operation in the Khatti Kili area as part of ongoing intelligence-led actions under the Azm-e-Istehkam campaign. According to security sources, troops targeted multiple militant hideouts during the raid. The operation also resulted in the recovery of weapons, ammunition and other equipment. Sources said several militants sustained injuries during the exchange of fire. However, officials did not disclose the exact number of casualties. Security forces planned the operation carefully to protect civilians and avoid harm to the local population throughout the mission. Meanwhile, authorities said intelligence-based operations will continue across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to eliminate militant threats and strengthen regional security. Officials added that the ongoing campaign aims to maintain lasting peace and disrupt terrorist networks operating in the province.
