Pakistan Claims Narrative Victory in “Marka-e-Haq,” Says India’s Allegations Over Pahalgam Incident Rejected Globally
Pakistani commentary and media reports have claimed that India’s attempt to blame Pakistan for the Pahalgam incident following the 2025 escalation failed to gain international acceptance, describing it as a “narrative defeat” for New Delhi.
According to the report, Indian authorities and media sought to hold Pakistan responsible for what is described as a “false flag operation” in Pahalgam, but these claims were not endorsed by the international community. It states that global powers and institutions, including the United States, China, Russia, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany, expressed concern over civilian casualties but did not formally support allegations against Pakistan.
The report further claims that multiple countries urged restraint and encouraged dialogue, including calls for a joint investigation rather than unilateral accusations.
It contrasts the situation with past conflicts, arguing that India previously succeeded in shaping global narratives, citing the 2019 Pulwama incident as an example. However, it asserts that in the 2025 escalation—referred to as “Marka-e-Haq”—Pakistan succeeded in countering what it describes as Indian propaganda on the international stage.
The narrative emphasizes that Pakistan’s position gained traction diplomatically and in global media discourse, framing the episode as both a military and informational conflict. It also credits the Pakistan Armed Forces for what it calls a decisive operational response and claims that the outcome strengthened Pakistan’s international standing.
The piece concludes by stating that the events have been projected as a long-term example of national defense and strategic communication success.
